Cancellation Policy
Workshop Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: 1. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Clients may cancel their workshop registration and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled workshop. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the workshop. 2. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule their workshop to another available date at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the original workshop date. Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the workshop will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued. 3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Participants who arrive late or do not attend the workshop without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. 4. Exceptions: Exceptions may be considered in cases of documented emergencies (e.g., medical or family emergencies) at the discretion of workshop management. 5.
